Four Seasons Natural Food Store & Café
I spent a beautiful, sunny afternoon in Saratoga Springs with my mom yesterday. We started the afternoon with a filling, help yourself style lunch at the Four Seasons Natural Food Store & Café (33 Phila St | Saratoga Springs, NY 12866). Located smack dab in the middle of this adorable, bustling town, Four Seasons is perfect for a casual meal and/or grocery shopping.
If you’re traveling through this is a great place to pick up fresh fruits, veggies and other healthy snacks for the road.
Chow time!
On my plate:
- steamed broccoli
- beans ‘n’ rice
- seared kale
- mixed veggies
- artichoke hearts
- delicious seitan
- mashed potatoes
- red quinoa & corn
