SOUP – Itty Bitty Hole in The Wall Vegan Soup Joint – Greenfield, MA
I stopped in Greenfield on my way down to Northampton to check out this little soup joint. Thomas, the owner is a nice guy. We chatted for a bit and I learned that the restaurant has been open for about a year and that he is a pesco-vegan. Although, all of the soups he makes are 100 percent vegan.

The soups on this day included Tahini Noodle, Beet Goes On, Zucchini, Potato Leek, Cabbage, and Gobi Cauliflower. I chose to combine two soups, as recommended by Thomas. I had the Beet Goes On mixed with Cabbage. It was VERY good!
